Surfrider Foundation
The Surfrider Foundation Seattle Chapter is a grassroots organization made up of local activists with a shared desire to protect the environmental quality of the Puget Sound region and the coast of Washington State. Our efforts include targeted letter writing campaigns, attendance at public hearings, in addition to hands-on beach cleanups and water quality improvement projects. We invite everyone who is passionate about protecting and preserving our state’s waters, ensuring beaches are accessible, protecting our ocean, and keeping plastic from polluting our waterways to join us.
